Despite having to dodge some raindrops, the first-ever GOTR NOVA Mini Golf Celebration was a swinging success! This day brought GOTR participants and their families together to celebrate International Day of the Girl. 

From a round of mini golf to concessions and carnival games, there was fun to be found all around! The day was filled with shared smiles, high-fives, and memorable moments that will be cherished by all who attended!

It may have rained, but it didn’t ruin our parade as this energy-filled mini golfer completed the course not once, not twice, but thrice! 

Her energy was contagious and kept us all in high spirits even as the skies opened up. 

And did I mention there were prizes? One player mastered the Ripsaw Runner carnival game and cleaned us fresh outof flamingo key chains One carnival gamer walked out with every single flamingo-designed key chain!

These teammates and friends brought their A-game along with fun movie references to the event. You could hear them cheering for each other throughout the course and striking a Charlie’s Angels pose with their cotton candy.

If you’re looking for some professional popcorn scoopers or cotton candy makers, wehave some recommendations…our volunteers were masters! (Even if they did go home with arms covered in sugar and butter.)
